Neon blackmarket is a completely self-written black market. On the black market, the weapon prices can be set yourself. You can also adjust the design yourself as you wish

This is a money wash system, where an NPC washes your Black/Dirt Money. You have to go to an NPC (Harald) to wash your Money. The time Harald needs to wash your black money depends on how much Money you want to wash.
